The Service Technician is a service expert on all burglar and fire alarms, network based CCTV and card access control systems. A Service Technician will also possess an extremely high level troubleshooting and communication skills. They will be able to alleviate concerns the customer may have regarding their security system and/or explain the systems operating features. Advises customers and the service scheduling department of the status of systems and processes inspections.
Minimum of five plus years performing similar type duties, preferably in the residential and commercial security, cable TV, telephone service or home improvement industries.
Valid driver’s license. Trade licenses, registrations in accordance with state/local regulations as required. Ability to work evenings or alternating work schedules as necessary.
